Metal Braces
Metal braces are the most widely used system of straitening teeth. Small metal brackets are bonded to the tooth with a wire passing through them. The wire is usually held tightly to the brackets with small elastic o-shaped rubber bands. The rubber bands can be metal colored (the most discreet) or colorful, depending on what you like. Metal brackets are very strong and can withstand most types of treatment with the ability to treat the most severe cases.
In-Ovation-C Clear Braces
In-Ovation-C braces utilize an interactive self-ligating bracket system to enhance patient comfort and shorten treatment time, while also keeping aesthetics in mind. Self-ligating brackets are smaller, and do not require the use of elastics. In-Ovation-C braces are more comfortable than conventional braces, and because they are smaller, they are also less noticeable. They use unique translucent Rhodium-covered clips for cosmetic appeal. With In-Ovation-C braces, you receive the benefits of self-ligating brackets as well as the cosmetics of clear braces!
Invisalign
Invisalign is a great option for people who do not have severe problems and are concerned with aesthetics during the treatment. There are no brackets to attach and no wires to tighten. Instead, a series of custom clear plastic trays are created to fit your teeth at each stage of the straightening process. Each tray is made to move your teeth slightly and is worn for a few weeks at a time. As each aligner tray is replaced with the next, your teeth will gradually move until the final result is achieved – the smile of your dreams!
