Welcome To The Orthodontic Practice Of Insurance Coverage How does orthodontic insurance work? There are many different agreements between insurance carriers and their subscribers. Each contract provides a different benefit. Orthodontics insurance usually has a lifetime maximum benefit for orthodontic services. How does this office assist you with insurance? For your convenience, we will gladly submit insurance claims for you pertaining to charges for care given in our office. However, please be aware that our primary financial relationship is with our patients and not with their insurance companies. Financial arrangements can be made based on your estimated insurance benefit. Any outstanding insurance claims not paid, however is the responsibility of the patient. If your insurance includes benefits for orthodontic work, please bring the appropriate claim forms to the office. We will provide the necessary information to your insurance carrier. For your convenience we will accept payments from your insurance carrier. Of course, such payments will be credited accordingly to your account.
