Karen
Office Manager
Karen has been a proud member of the Hamer & Glassick team since 1986. One of her favorite parts of the job is seeing the beautiful and life-changing smiles the doctors create for our patients. She also appreciates the strong commitment our doctors have to patients and their families.
When she's at home, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys.
Sarah
Treatment Coordinator
Sarah has been with Hamer & Glassick since 2016. She loves her job because it’s rewarding to see the look of relief on a patient’s face that something can be done to help them.
Whether it’s cosmetic or otherwise, their confidence starts being restored the moment Dr. Hamer and Dr. Glassick tells them what can be done to help them.
She loves spending time with her family, her friends, and her dogs.
Tina
Lab Technician
Tina has been with the Hamer & Glassick family since 1991. She primarily works as a lab technician but also assists at least once a week.
She loves the creativity of the lab and getting to know patients while she is assisting.
Tina is married to her high school sweetheart. She has two children and three grandsons. Tina loves spending time with her family and spending time at the beach.
Jamie
Treatment Coordinator
AOA Certified II
Jamie has been a member of the Hamer & Glassick team since 2010. She enjoys building genuine relationships with patients and the opportunity to further her knowledge in the field every day when she comes to work.
Jamie is a mother to three daughters. She spends most of her spare time with them, exploring the beauty of Louisa County. She loves taking random beach trips and listening to music.
Tiffany
Scheduling Coordinator
Tiffany joined Hamer & Glassick in 2019 as a scheduling coordinator. Tiffany serves at the Charlottesville and Crozet locations. She loves being able to address patient needs and provide a quality experience.
Tiffany started out as a patient and enjoys being able to relate her experience to current patients. She loves being able to use her personal experience to relate to people and answer any and all questions thrown her way.
Tiffany enjoys spending her spare time with her children, family, and friends. She loves the outdoors and movie time with family.
Tonya
Scheduling Coordinator
Tonya has been a member of the team at Hamer & Glassick Orthodontics since 2018. Tonya loves working with people and strives to make patients feel warm and welcomed.
Her favorite part of the job is greeting patients and meeting their needs, making Hamer & Glassick somewhere they feel at home.
Tonya was born and raised in Charlottesville and loves the small-town feel of the city. She loves spending time with her family (especially her grandson) and traveling.
Madison
Orthodontic Technician
AOA Certified
Madison has been a member of the team at Hamer & Glassick Orthodontics as an Orthodontic Technician since July 2021. One of her favorite parts of her job is making special connections with each of her patients. Growing up self-conscious about her smile, Madison loves helping patients build up their confidence by giving them a bright new smile that lets them be comfortable in their own skin.
Madison grew up in the neighboring county of Fluvanna, VA, and she loves the beautiful mountain views this area provides. In her free time, she loves cooking and spending time outdoors with her boyfriend and their chickens.
Anna
Orthodontic Technician
AOA Certified
Anna has been a member of the Hamer & Glassick team as an Orthodontic Technician since January 2022. One of her favorite parts of her job is going alongside a patient’s journey to get a better smile, allowing them to feel more confident. Anna is a big people person and loves to get kids started in their braces.
Anna grew up in Fluvanna, VA, and enjoys being at the beach, listening to music, and exploring new restaurants around the area.
Mackenzie
Orthodontic Technician
Mackenzie has been a member of the Hamer & Glassick team as an Orthodontic Technician since September 2022. One of her favorite parts of her job is giving her patients a perfect and more comfortable smile.
Outside of the office, Mackenzie enjoys baking, knitting, and taking trips to the beach to relax in the sand. Mackenzie also has a pet bearded dragon named Rex.
Kim
Orthodontic Technician
Kim has been a member of the Hamer & Glassick team as an Orthodontic Technician since 2023. Kim has always wanted to work in the dental field, so she is always happy to meet and help new patients every day. One of her favorite parts of her job is helping her patients feel good about their smiles.
Kim grew up in Nelson, VA, and enjoys spending time with her fiancé, and her twin daughters. She also enjoys shopping and decorating her home with DIY crafts.
Casie
Orthodontic Technician
Casie has been a member of the Hamer & Glassick team as an Orthodontic Technician since September 2023. Casie is CPR and X-ray certified and has been an orthodontic assistant since 2008. Casie loves helping create the perfect smile for all of her patients while also forming lifelong relationships with each of them.
Casie grew up in Fluvanna, VA, and now lives in Louisa and enjoys witnessing the beautiful seasons come and go in the area. Outside of the office, Casie enjoys spending time with her high school sweetheart husband, two wonderful kids, and their 3 dogs.
Alecia
Orthodontic Technician
AOA Certified
Alecia has been a member of the Hamer & Glassick team as an Orthodontic Technician since November 2022. Alecia is CPR and X-ray certified and has received training in X-ray and radiation treatment. Alecia particularly enjoys banding and de-banding appointments and loves helping her patients come away with the perfect smile.
Alecia grew up in Scottsville, VA, as the middle child of 3 girls. Outside of the office, Alecia enjoys the company of her dog, Luna, and going on walks with her and taking her to dog parks.
