Shuttle bus service from the Western Albemarle School to our Crozet satellite is offered at no additional charge. For your added convenience, patients can be seen at our satellite locations in Ruckersville and Crozet. YOUR MONTHLY VISITS Keeping your scheduled appointments and being on time are very important to successful treatment. Our staff and doctors realize how valuable your time is - PLEASE call ahead when you are unable to make an appointment. When patients arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be rescheduled if the schedule does not accommodate the allotted time. When appointments must be rescheduled, the length of treatment is extended, removal of braces is delayed, and the orthodontic treatment may not be completed as planned.
